geega confirmed that vshojo is specifically looking for MULTI-talented members that are "goal oriented" aka want to use vshojo's resources to their full potential
with that criteria alone it eliminates the majority of "chill/comfy" streamers and pluses who's only selling point is having a mildly entertaining personality, sorry snuffy/cotton/sinder bros
but being good at only one thing is also not enough

bottom of the line is, when we have a literal would be holo member knocking on our door, vshojo's standards are no longer what they were when they first opened auditions, the finalists are expected to be next level
