The average JP would struggle with reading romanji, but Ririka is able to understand a sentence, and figure out meaning of words from inference. She's already ahead of Haachama, Chloe and Subaru. I'd put her at about Lui's level, but she's possibly even above it due to how often she uses English. If anything, the person I'd compare Ririka the most to is Raora, who is about as ESL as her. And considering its harder to transition to JP from English than it is from Italian to English, thats quite the feat.
