On the quest fish is playing right now you can tell by design Banxia doesn't matter to the plot/game, but I remember way back on PSO2 the game also had some big generic characters who got redesigns as the game progressed (and ins some cases, these characters became more relevant to the universe).
Does Mihoyo do similar things? Or is every generic looking character always a one-off.
