Holo EN benfited more from the west I would say since 80% of Holo EN came from Twitch. (Gura, Mori, Ame, Fauna, Mumei, Kronii, Bijou, Nerissa, Shiori, Raora, Cecilia and ERB)
tldr: SEA, LATAM, and East Asia is not western Vtubing.
