See back in those days we where just random names on forums, icq and so on, they social media became the norm, gone where the days of being careful, the most tenet of the internet was always to protect your identity, now people willingly plaster it all over the place, we have all these websites to post our data, our work experiences and heaven help you if you don't have a trackable social media history, it makes it harder for people to hire you.
The the first video you posted is a bit to facetious, yea AI is improving but as it stands it still cannot do inflections of any sort, and to you would need access to hell of a database to teach it to sound like billions of people, the issue is largely how regulation tends to overstep because most people don't understand the tech, AI, aka machine learning has existed for a long time, the tech was simply given to the internet at large now and the internet did like the internet does, AKA lets make people say racist shit which sadly accelerated the race to regulate it.
