Reimu was always unpopular, the vox thing wasn't even a big deal to most. She got stuck with the worst model in en and the algorithm just kinda hates her. Even as a fan of her, I don't like watching the videos and often put them in the background because her model is that ugly. This is the full expression she can give. When she smiles her model turns frightening.
Don't get me wrong. The vox shit is annoying but it's not even close to the biggest issue.
On top of that I'd also say that her constant cancellations are also annoying, she has a lot of medical issues but never guerillas to make up for cancelled streams.
