Most of their stories are hidden but I imagine anyone who knew them from the start would have the dirt on people like Bao/Numi etc. Nyanners for example we know because her time on 4chan is so documented. She built up a following here, tried breaking into normalfag voice acting, failed, and crawled back to the gutter to be a vtuber. She couldn't resist her normalfag urges and got a boyfriend publicly so now her vtube career is in the dumps compared to what it was.
Sorry went on a bit long there. What I'm trying to say is that as most of these EN vtubers are normalfag women they have a pathological hatred for loli as most women cannot separate fiction from reality.
If Shondo said the things she says with a model like Bao's she would have next to no hate.
