>>90373689High concentrations of dairy (same mechanism, it's also expelled a lot in sweat but depends on your ability to break down lactose, which is a somewhat trainable skill even with lactose intolerance unlike other allergies which have a different mechanism [nut allergies kill, lactose intolerance at worst gives you terrible stomach issues and diarrhea]), spices, garlic & onion (not from a specific chemical reaction, but because these two can cause increased body heat, and sweat through temporary metabolic boosts), cruciferous veggies (they release sulfuric acid which has a strong odor), red meat (causes an odorless protein that is expelled through your pores, but when your skin bacteria detects the proteins, they consume it, creating a chemical reaction that causes odor), fish (rare genetics cause this chemical reaction), alcohol (your body metabolizes it as acetic acid which also is expelled in sweat)... There's a lot that can influence body odor through diet alone. Practicing good hygiene can get rid of a lot of them, but I've always found the spice-related ones are particularly bad. Bad enough that they actually had to segregate the Indian clubs from the non-Indian clubs in Singapore.
