In HoloJP their biggest vtubers are divided into the big four (Pekora, Marine, Suisei, Miko) with each one having different entertainment factor, and that plays a big role in cushioning JP fans when Aqua, arguably JP's Gura, graduates. If one pillar falls, the others still stand. The risk is diversified. EN needs to be like that, they don't need another gura with an "IT" factor nonsense.
Hololive justs needs to survive, to keep searching for new talents in order to outgrow themselves. And let's be real here, they will certainly outlast nuGura.
