Going through Chatlogs and E-Mails takes hours, maybe 2 days TOPS.
Talking to the persons(s) involved takes a few hours, maybe take 1 day to interview all involved.
And this is if there is only 1 person doing it all in order to prevent info leakage, which I am sure they aren't doing since management on female and male side would naturally be involved, maybe even bring in the HoloSanji SWAT team that is newly formed if they really think shit went down.
Unless Vesper literally actually raped a talent (which out of all the fucking rrats I've heard it is the least believable) so much of this still points to it ending in a nothingburger that ended up hurting Cover's image.
