there is a reason for it People forget but divegrass isn't about vtubers, its about thread memes, from which vtubers are representation sometimes. /wvt/ for example had a direct no vtuber rule so no one felt excluded. They soften on that position lately for the worst but then again no one is proud of belonging to /wvt/ any more.
So instead of saying "Coyo belongs to fig" it is more appropriately to think in terms of "Coyo is the representation of one of the memes in fig"
This is why the Nade gacha could be a player even if she hasnt played a single fightan in a month. This is why Coni and Rie could be players even if they never had.
Divegrass is not about vtubers, is about us. A celebration of the thread itself, of our shared identity, of the adventures we had.
