If talent leaves on their own volition without any hard pressing reason, it could either be really hard or very easy to sign a good contract again later.
Corpo has to do the initial investment on talents when they get hired, and if talent didn't even break even on that investment, I can't see company taking another risk out of goodwill and hire them again
