I always assumed Cover's corporate bullshit would be what causes everything to go to shit, but that's clearly not the case. I don' t see things ever recovering, it doesn't matter how much people encourage her or give her feedback she has to want to improve and that's clearly not happening. I love her more than anything and it's killing me watching her fizzle out like this while also doubling down on ignoring why people are upset.
