I lost hearing in one of my ears, but I've had problems with ear wax in the past. So I got this ear-cleaning syringe and washed it out for like 30 minutes straight. Eventually all at once this giant bottle twist-cap sized piece of ancient fossilized shit-colored wax that had compressed and solidified fell out of my ear. Then water fell out like an unblocked dam and my hearing came back
