Turns out the scene I fucked around with got autosaved, so I went back and played around with it again and included nude variants.

I tried fixing the bulb head and gave her jaw and mouth more depth so her profile wouldn't look so downs-y. She still has fat cheeks. Also her tail should be floofier and less affected by gravity across all outfits again.
