If you look at Vedal's Twitch follows list you see that the SECOND ever Twitch streamer back in 2016 he ever followed is Belgian.
And here's the thing, she never started streaming until January 2017, Vedal raided her a couple of months ago, she's 26 now, but back in 2016 Vedal would've been 12 and she would've been 19.
What does this mean? My guess is she is mostly Vedal's sister as she resides in Ireland as it is close to home, while Vedal and his parents most likely live in the UK. Another thing is there have been times when Vedal would pronounce a word unlike that of a person who was British (Don't have the clips but it was during a Dev stream once, and again when he was on Koko's subathon a while back where she noticed it as well.
