>>79520202Big streamers can request Twitch frontpage with a certain frequency for a small amount of time. A lot of big vtubers do it for debuts, or unique streams. Twitch themselves will put a streamer there without being requested if it's an event that they want to promote because they're involved or it'll make the site look good, and it gives that stream artificial boost. But the thing is that unless someone is only streaming for 30 minutes you're going to know when they got that front page boost on their chart and if they get that front page boost you can assume they won't have another one for 30 days.
What's funny is that even the front page boost isn't as cartoonishly over the top as botted charts.
