I'm sure others will forgive her, but to me that is a bigger betrayal than just collabing with males - that is whatever. I mean I don't like it, but I could ignore her collabing with most of them.
I'll admit that Jurard is such a shitty choice due to how vile and antagonizing he is and how he spoke badly of other holos that this only adds to my resolve to not forgive Shiori.
