How to Join:
>Create an account at https://www.canva.com/ (Your email and entered name will be visible to everyone)>Click this link to join the /lig/ design team:https://www.canva.com/brand/join?token=gFhVkE8fMcv5HxxF0wEu5w&referrer=team-invite>Go to the "Designs" tab of the team page and click on the calendar project to start editingFrom there you can do whatever you want to make the calendar /lig/ OP material. Just remember that at the end of the day we want a coherent calendar with accurate information, so don't go too avant-garde with it.
Pro Tips from an Amateur:
>ctrl+Z works>Hold ctrl while moving or resizing an element to prevent it from snapping to other elements>You can "lock" elements together by using shift to select multiple elements and clicking the lock icon in the top right, allowing you to move and manipulate them as one element>Next to the lock/unlock icon is a fading checkerboard icon that allows you to edit the opacity of whatever element you have selected>The project only allows one (1) audio track to be played as background music for the entire calendar, and due to retardation its length is limited by the number of "pages" in the project. If we want a full song to play while viewing the calendar, we would have to add a bunch of buffer pages to the end of the project (+5 seconds per page, max 100 pages)Here is the link to view the calendar for anyone who just wants to check on it. This link gives you something different depending on whether or not you're logged into a Canva account, so if you have one, open the link in an incognito window to see it as it would look to everyone else.
