Maybe they start of dominant after a magic spell goes wrong and the roles slowly reverse. Maybe Pomu grows to screw them both towards the end
Perhaps a "part 2" could involve the dragons becoming the futas and getting back at Pomu
(Maybe through the same magic spell/potion or they can just grow and reverse it at will, whatever reason)
