>>78710524all i know is most of the filtering, uoh moderation, and not collabing with small or problematic vtubers last year (ie shondo rescheduling) was in service of keeping a vei collab on the table. he grew up watching her, so it was a big deal for him. we don't know why the first collab never happened. but i think it was a big part of why he became so adverse towards working with vtubers.
things are different this time, my guess is he made it too obvious that he mainly wanted to dunk on her and flaunt his newfound #1 vtuber status. the whore clan probably told her as much, about how the dude really acts in DMs. hopefully he can get over it for neuro's sake
