>>86950586Surprisingly enough, my old writing isn't really bad, linguistically speaking. It is overly wordy at times, but it also does a good job of going into details for immersing the reader. That being said, my writing style has severely changed over the last...3 years? And is constantly still undergoing changes as I read better fics and begin to idolize them. My characterization was god awful though, and, even if it is due to me obsessing over every single line of dialogue and rewriting it multiple times to make sure it sounds in character, I've gotten a tad better at it.
