you just don't trust or let people do that shit for the sake of everyone-
1. the girl can be happy without her groomer and usually would be in these situations
2. you don't want to let the kind of person who would want to groom a teen run free and just do shit like that
3. you want to discourage that behavior in general so even in moral exceptions where the *current* situation is bad- you still broke the rule in the first place so you are held to account for breaking that rule as anyone else
- i believe we already have laws like this in place- I.E. the govt law enforcement can't break into your house illegally, find weed, and then get away with breaking into your house illegally retroactively- and i think in a lot of cases you couldn't even be held guilty because of the precedent it sets
4. this is all flexible and autistic and i'm just yapping to yap and don't wanna actually argue about morality to the point where we're getting this abstract
