Besides new introductions are always met with a little bit of hostility. Surely it has less to do with the poster, and more to do with the vtuber being a literal alien.
Try to share lore, and things about her culture with them, and they might calm down.
Probably all they want is to not be left in the dark. Share some of the art kuu made of Clio, and other /lig/ tier talents, and maybe they'll realize that kuu is no stranger encroaching upon their vtubers, but one of their kin.
