I think what hurt me the most is that this therapist came recommended from my brother and mother, who claimed she helped them. I just don't understand how we could have had such different experiences. I'm usually more mild-mannered than they are, which made it especially frustrating.
Anyway, I'm just glad /uuu/ is such a positive and understanding lot (in spite of some bad apples). Best to you and yours. I think things will become better once all this blows over and we're used to the new state of things.
>>90643404Yeah, I don't know what to say. Feels like a lot of people either have a problem of judging themselves too harshly, or others. Perhaps my therapist thought I was in the latter category and needed a good scolding. I'm just so disappointed in a lot of people. I'm glad you found someone who works for you though.
