I don't think Luna will evert visit this thread, but i don't doubt that employees of Cover or maybe her manager collect responses from this place, and if the only thing they scoop is bitching about this or that, anybody would feel down.
Yes, being critical is useful, but when that is all you have to say it stops being constructive and you miss the point, and that even kills motivation.
