I really enjoyed Sonny's Hitman stream today! This is a great game choice for him; it's hilariously on-theme and gives him a ton to work with, even if he's really not really playing it as it's intended and interpreting 'stealth' as 'leave no witnesses alive.' Like in Dusk, he's at his best when he's thinking of ways to murder as many people as possible in the most ridiculous ways possible - and this game offers a lot of freedom to do just that. That, and get himself killed in ridiculous ways, too. I'm still laughing at his surprise that dropping explosives on the floor would suicide bomber yourself.
There's also a surprising amount of unique dialogue in the game from random NPCs, and that made for some pretty great moments. I've always been a propronent of 'Sonny is actually really funny, just give him a chance!' but even I was a little impressed by how easily and quickly he respoded to and played off the lines. The whole thing with him brightly going 'that's me!' whenever someone started talking about maniacs running about or asking for a cop was great impromptu humor.
Thanks for listening to my TED talk. I've been ridiculously busy all night so I wasn't paying too much attention to the stream, but I hope the anons /here/ who were looking forward to this playthrough enjoyed it! Now I will finally rest.
