Honestly, I wouldn't worry to much about it and try to be at least cautiously optimistic. Especially considering how Axel convinced Nowa to try voice acting and Altare's tendency to do it anyway, I'm sure they're all stoked to get into it.
Also, you know how Nowa isn't one to hype himself up normally, but he's been talking up his experience as a DM. He seems pretty confident, so I am too.
