1 - Move your avatar to bottom left, crop it to fit over the in-game avatar down here - there's not really anything there to worry about. Chat's fne where it is, but maybe move down, and cover over the not latest incident with it? The minimized ones you can't read?
2 - Put up a border around the game, keep your overlays/avatar in that. I tend to do this for strategy, as there's often a lot on screen
Make sure that if you do have the game cover the whole screen, you're checking OBS on your second monitor (or just tabbing into it, I guess) to make sure that most stuff is visible. And see if anyone's complaining about stuff being hard to read.
