The /inf/ history rentry just say that they started rounding schizos up after the "block age". However that's also written before we have any real lore on schizos and the heavenly realm. I think from /inf/'s lore it also doesn't explain and represent how the supposed schizos still have contact with the outside world. I remember there were still a decent bit of complaints to Kronii's schedule and stuff after November. /inf/ is also infamous for their schizos even before July this year. I've changed it to simply schizos. By "naturalized schizos" I meant schizos ("real" ones affected by rrats) who are not in prison for whatever reason, or those who got out but still continued their schtick.
Would welcome other inputs, especially from people who actually used /inf/ .
