Most people won't take kindly to having no kayfabe or having your face being known publicly, so I'm not really sure why you're going for advice on here of all places. You'd unironically be better off asking on vtubing networking discords, Facebook, your friends irl, etc.
Anyway, I saw a bit of your debut, skipped forward, audio is okay, I guess. Your model's tracking seems fine, but it looks extremely generic and I get the feeling of a "literally me" avatar, which people will also look down on because they're pretty much a dime a dozen; you could be literally anyone or anything, so why just be a virtual avatar of yourself? On that note, I get the feeling you really don't mind or care much about the actual vtubing aspect, since everything I've felt from your stream felt more like an extremely casual presentation, like you're doing a project for college - because there wasn't anything extraordinary that really stood out to me. Especially near the end, you started talking about stuff that I really didn't care much to listen after that point. On pic related, you seem less like an actual vtuber and more like just a dude who's streaming with a Facebook/Xbox Live avatar.
And as far as your interests go, no one (not even here) likes people talking about politics or even "wokeness" because people use vtubing as a form of escapism from real life issues, so having it be brought up again even as a passing interest will dissuade people from watching your content even more.
Other things I noted:
