Tempus are also mediocre talents, they're one of the weakest hololive generations from debut across all branches, weaker than both EN gens, any Stars gen, they're basically only better than Holoforce which had infamous issues. They're carried almost entirely by people with no friends going hard parasocial for brotubers. But that's fine, like Holoforce, they'll get better.
The girls have all right to collab with men if they want to, they also have all right not to collab with men if they don't want to. Every member is a talent and a commodity performing for an audience and the audience's engagement and money is what matters. Things only get iffy in some corner cases like Kronii trying to have her cake and eat it too, but none of the other boys or girls in so far have done anything wrong at all.
All of this is nothingburger. JP went through a similar phase once that most people are too fucking new to remember. Even among girls who currently collab with guys, some of them will definitely stop once the excitement dies out and for the ones that continue, they'll just stabilize and no one will bat an eye over it anymore.
