I work out 2 days in a row then 1 day break. I cycle through different muscle groups throughout the week. Nothing intensive but enough so you can see I take care of myself. It's the consistency that got the results, not so much the weights or specific workouts.
I spend a lot of my time at the computer coding and shitposting so I have to look after myself physically or I'll become an Ollie or Mori.
