It's a strange yet sad feeling. I really don't think they'll ever break through their stagnant growth no matter how long they stick around. Most of them don't even try anymore and only stay to maintain their current audience. Some still love Holostars (Hakka, Astel, Miyabi) in general and don't want to leave no matter what.
The other issue has to do with the fans themselves. They could blame the company as much as they want (even if they're right to some degree) but the other big reason as to why Holostars can't grow is because the fans aren't doing nearly enough to get them out there. As much as I hate clipfaggotry it's the one thing they don't do enough to promote them. It feels like the ones that DO watch streams just want to keep things the way they are instead of inviting new fans to discover the guys they watch. It's so frustrating but it can't be helped.
Sorry for yapping here of all places. I just felt like it wouldn't belong in any of the threads they're discussed in at all and I didn't want to be a mood killer.
