Nene doesn't have any dedicated live translators in her chat that I've seen, but her streams can still be fun to watch even if you only understand English like me. She has a lot of fun and makes little entertaining moments in her streams sometimes that you don't need to know the language to enjoy. And I'm not just talking about the times when she speak English to her overseas audience but also there are times when she's just such a silly goofball that you may have seen from random clips.
And I can recommend a few clippers. Nobody clips only Nenechi but there are several clippers who have Nenechi as one of their favorite holos to clip.
Hax Translations is pretty active.
