Niji is very notorious for making talents wait months between turning in their two weeks' notice and actually being allowed to leave by saddling them with projects which must be done before graduation, and which cannot be done quickly due to some inherent factor or another. Example: If half the EN talents in the "NBA" collab turned in their papers on February 13, but Anycolor decides that the collab is a "must complete" project, and the collab runs through the end of the 2024-25 NBA season, then none of them will be allowed to leave before next June unless their contract expires before then.
And that much is assuming that Anycolor will even agree to a mutual agreement for early graduation in the first place. If AC doesn't agree, then they cannot leave early no matter how badly they want to leave.
