Besides, they've already announced to the shareholders that the EN branch is in maintenance mode, and the EN branch just cost the JP golden boys their first US concert. The EN branch absolutely will be closed soon, and there is a fairly high chance that the home office has already decided on a specific date for the branch closure - or, as was so poignantly phrased in the Code Geass collab, an execution date.
Due to outstanding business deals with third parties, it is somewhat unlikely that the branch closure will be on or before September 15, and it is EXTREMELY unlikely that Elira will graduate or be terminated before then. Picrel.
