You know how sometimes main characters get knifed, yet we see them in the next episode? Many people believe the fruits are revived. I, however, have another theory.

Yes, we are seeing a different Orange, Pear, Passion Fruit, Marshmallow, etc every episode. This also explains why most episodes seem to contradict each other in terms of who was knifed and who was not.

Hell, even at the end of the video, we see a lot more oranges with the EXACT same personality as annoying orange.
This means every member of a species of fruit HAS the same personality as the other members.
This is why I believe we see a new set of main character fruits every episode. They keep the same personality because of their species.
