I have been here from the earliest Neuro threads during her first week when the name /swarm/ wasn't even a thing yet and I was there when Neuro came up with that name and we embraced it and I was there as we later filled out the OP to carve out our space on this board with the template we use now
in fact I did the very first draft for the OP but it's not like I can prove that. I stuck around until February and then had to leave 4chan behind entirely for a few months (not Neuro, thankfully, I was able to keep up with streams through the whole duration) due to reasons I do not wish to disclose. I returned at some point during the summer and have stayed since.
I don't know why I was compelled to post my story or if you'll be willing to believe me (understandably so, these sorts of claims by their nature can't really have provable receipts behind them and tend to devolve into dick measuring contests, which is why I do not bring it up under most circumstances) but I figured maybe it could help you open your mind a little.
Ironically the picture in
>>64578578 was the very first picture I saved off proto-/swarm/ and I would have posted it had it not just been posted. So instead have another oldie from those times. I even kept the original filename timestamp if that's worth anything, usually I let 4chanX scramble it into a random timestamp.
