When there's like 7 other girls who are always willing to collab and are more open to it, you're more likely to ask them. Or if it's a group offer you would expect them to accept it over Ame. It's been known for a long time that Ame isn't usually one to make collab offers outside of the big VR ones. Ina also doesn't instigate many collabs.
