I've come across a rather profound dilemma.
My viewers and friends enjoy spending time with me so much that they get excessively high and overdose/use more than they would normally. This shit has really fucked me up in the head the past week but I think the best course of action is laying down some boundaries. Like I won't judge you if you're gonna get high but I'm not going to play or voice chat with you period. For context most of my viewers are former/active 911/military/criminal and other PTSD/substance abuse-riddled types, so I've made it my personal mission to help people stay sober and not an hero. I've seen very great success and feedback embracing the "mental health/therapist/peer advocate chuuba", I'm far from giving up on it and even my top 3 viewed videos are mental health themed. Growth-wise, these videos have contributed to my stats tremendously especially in regards to returning viewers. I think in conclusion it's just a simple matter of boundaries and not enabling myself or my friends.
