- Eating better, I installed that fucking calories app I always avoided... but it helps
- Exersice, as I did none before : for now I do jump squats for 10-15 reps 10 Kegels with 5-10 second holds pushups for 10-15 reps, pigeon pose, holding for 1 minute on each side
- My apartment was a hellhole and I've been cleaning and tidying up
- Learning more about my city/region and the cool place to visit or have fun at
- Now I'm trying to learn a few more recipes too, cooking always the same stuff can get boring
