The Captcha just wants you to click on the characters in the image in the order they're written above. All easy. Make an account name, make a password, type a phone number and receive SMS verification. Boom, you're in. No ID needed. They seem to use an acct. XP system, and encourage you to link things like a phone, an email address, or your real identity, but don't make it mandatory.
The issue is going from "Registered User" to "Formal User". I'm not sure what the benefits are.
You have to pass a test with 100 questions, but you can't copy or Zhongwen the test in the question. If you can't read Chinese, your only option is to run 100 images through Yandex translate and hope you both receive useful translations each time, and actually know the answer.
