Neither of them mention a second guy, they're talking about Cinna. He already knew she was talking to him and "forgave her" until Cinna showed him their chats and he got fussy.
He already knew she talked to someone else in between getting back with him, he just waited to frame it in a way that would look the most damaging because he's a shit head.
