New outfits can really fucking transform your perception, it's crazy. The other thing is, a new outfit is actually potentially a tweak or do-over of literally anything else they want with the Holo. They used it to fix Flare's eyes and god damn she is so cute now. She already was relying on a winter outfit before since it was better than her original/starter but now she's even better.
