We tried Chrome's built in Live Caption but it shits the bed when someone speaks Japanese quickly. We also tried the Speech Translator extension but it's a pain in the ass to set up because you have to set up virtual audio cable to get it to work. So far ViiTor seems like the only thing that isn't hot garbage.
