She operates mostly through third-party people that tell her what she should think and harass others on her behalf so that if anything does happen she can disavow that she had any knowledge of it. This is why people like Julio have their position as a permanent so she can just say things like "I don't check every thumbnail that gets uploaded to the YouTube channel." Or friends with people like Krimbo so that he can harass other vtubers on her behalf instead of doing it directly and walking into trouble.
I had fooled myself once before that I thought she was being played by others and that eventually she would open her eyes and walk away from it and better herself, but no, this is what she choses to be. When she could have done better but it's too late to try and make amends when 90% of genre is actively trying to avoid her and people like her.
Alana still has the chance to be something unique if she stops trying to emulate other people's hooks and gimmicks and find what she actually wants to do.
Perhaps even telling her mods to fuck off if she can find the balls to do so.
Kirsche is fine but it's extremely bland at this point, however, she'll never go up or down with what she does so it's stable economical wise.
