Let's say you get someone like Woolie. Yeah, I'd watch that vtuber. The problem is that black people like Woolie are a 1/1000 occurrence originating from a series of extremely strange life circumstances. Someone like Woolie would never draw attention to his race. Most people who talk with him barely even know he's black until they actually meet him.
On the flipside, you could also get a Tariq Nasheed who would not be able to shut up about his race. It would be front and center of every single thing he does. Every game he plays, every stream he does, it would be the "Premier Black Experience" and would immediately filter a chunk of his audience.
Are either of those a bad thing? No, but I can say for certain the Woolie vtuber would be far more popular than the Tariq vtuber simply because of the audence involved.
