Because that's what Hime ended up being, more of a meme than anything else. Vtubers don't start out with giant numbers unless they have huge corpo backing and then consistently stream with a schedule and the company pushing them. Connor got shit for talking about this once. It helps literal whos get numbers right out of the gate. Otherwise a brand new vtuber isn't going to have numbers they have to build them. Hime might as well be new because she streamed maybe 15 times max in 3 years not counting the last 5 streams she's done this month.
