For instance, Lumi was required to adapt to the model provided by her corp, whereas Nina started out with a fairly low cost and limited model but as she's established herself she's been able to leverage her creative freedom to get the model/design she really wants despite it being quite different from her old model.
Lumi and Nina have similar levels of workload but Lumi spends her work time on more creative stuff and streams, whereas Nina (without a manager) has to do her own admin which eats into her potential streaming activities.
