Now that I think about it, I assume Vesper didnt have his "anxiety" meds (which I highly doubt is the ONLY meds he's taking and I think he's lying about just how many meds he seriously takes to function) during that biking stunt through the US... this only fuels the bipolar rrats even more and that he was having a manic episode that entire time and probably went through one during the Japan arc
